About owner, Sean Martin:
In 1982 I served an Approved Apprenticeship in Carpentry & Joinery passing City & Guilds, plus Advanced Craft City & Guilds with Jelson Homes Ltd.
Whilst in the final year at college I was awarded the “Ingram Cup” for the highest results in both examinations and course work quality. This was presented to me by the Lord Mayor of Leicester and featured by the Leicester Mercury.
I was first introduced to Pattern Imprinted Concrete whilst living in USA in the mid 80s where I worked with a Professional Team on many private residential homes in California. USA is the Original Home of Pattern Imprinted Concrete or “Stamped Concrete” as it is known in America when it was first introduced in the 1950′s.
We are always keeping up to date with PIC Systems and are also Fully Qualified through the “Paving Industry Contractor Support ” (PICS UK)
I have also worked in Germany for 6 months on both new build and existing homes.
The experience of working in both America and Europe gives me not only a greater breadth of understanding and experience of the building industry but also an understanding of the new techniques that will come on to the British market.
In Leicestershire, with a professional team behind me, I have undertaken many remodeling projects on new home extensions, garages, conservatories, loft conversions, driveways & patio’s and landscape garden designs.
All home improvements are built to British Standards with Local Building Control and Health & Safety.
